"This cozy timber frame was the best vacation rental I have booked by far in Martha's Vineyard. The place was just like being at home with the amenities. It has everything you need in the kitchen, closets with hangers, and a nice size shower. The owners are locals and were kind, thoughtful, and responsive. There is no hesitation about returning to this place."

"The house was amazing, and just as described and shown in pictures. It is a 3 minute walk from the ferry - great to do a car-less trip to Martha's Vineyard - rent bicycles and/or use the bus system. We would certainly stay here again."

"For the last few years my we’ve taken a trip to the Vineyard to celebrate our anniversary after eloping there in the fall of 2020. We decided that it would be nice to bring the dog and invite family down, Mikes place gave us the perfect spot to do that it’s a great location with plenty of room for five adults and small dog, the house was clean and has a great outdoor shower as well. I would definitely recommend staying there."

"This cabin is recently renovated and well laid out. When we arrived it was clean and the owner left a nice welcome gift. There is a little beach in walking distance and walking/hiking/biking trails at each end of the road. It very convenient to Edgartown by bike or car and easy to get up island by car or bus. For us, the best feature is that they allow dogs. Ours loved their vacation with walks and swimming every day. They have asked to go back. All paws up from the pups!"

"The apartment was spotless! Open and airy. The host left excellent instructions, and a phone number if needed. We did and he responded immediately and problem resolved. I have only one suggestion. You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone"

"There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road."
