"This was a great property for families with many other guests w/children, big open area for kids to play in the back and comfortable sleeping arrangements & sufficient space for 2 adults w/4 kids. Only annoyance was our room was not ready by 3 pm check in but rather was ready after 3:30 after being told “5 more minutes” several times. For a place with a 10 am check out I’d assume 3 pm check in wouldn’t be delayed. Everything else was great though."

"Over run with ants, in the bathroom and on my toothbrush and in the kitchen had to put food in the refrig and microwave as we had to throw things out before we realized how bad the ants were. Needed better instructions for the roku tv which we got from Megan at the checkin."

"This was a great convenient location is directly on the MVTA bus route so very easy to get around the island if traveling with no car. The grounds are set back from the main road so no noticeable street noise. Also walkable to Oak Bluffs and larger beaches if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk. "We’ve been traveling to the Vineyard for years and often choose The Island Inn as our place to stay. This year was by far our most enjoyable vacation! The communication prior to our arrival was excellent, the check in was easy and informative and the management of the room and grounds at Island Inn was superb. One night the guests above were noisy past quiet hrs. We called the overnight mgmt and they handled the situation with professionalism and promptly. The bonus is the restaurant next door...

You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone"

"There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road."
