"We stayed at this cute studio apartment for 3 nights so we could see the island before a week-long boat trip. Our host was very nice and accommodating. We arrived a little early, but she had the apartment ready for us. It was decorated nicely, and it was pleasant to stay there. We walked to a market and got a few groceries for one of our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location. There is small beach area for swimming. It is just a short walk to Marigot where there is shopping, both little shops and an open air marketplace. There are several restaurants along the marina with very good food and friendly people. We only needed a car rental for one day to tour the rest of the island. Best Car rental is by the ferry terminal, just past the marketplace. This apartment was a good choice to make our trip even better! Loved our stay at the friendy island!"

"Property sits very high up in a nice neighborhood - you’ll be surrounded by nature and it feels as if you are staying in a jungle. We even saw a couple of monkeys nearby. Both our room and common areas were clean & comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Anyone's Happy Place! The condo is decorated beautifully, sits right on the beach and offers a quiet residential setting (versus being a party spot). Titi was very attentative and passed on great information about Marigot and the island in general. Lots to do (and eat) in Marigot. Don't miss Chez Vinettes for a meal."

"The property is absolutely fantastic, the pictures do not do it justice. If you want a quiet, calm relaxing vacation, this is the spot. Sitting on the deck early in the morning or late into the night listening to the waves rolling in is so calming and relaxing. My wife did mediation every morning on the water's edge, and said it was one of the best experiences. The unit was spotless when we arrived and offers everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. It is very well equipped; we didn't want for anything. The direct access to the beach and water is amazing and the swimming pool also has its benefits. It is conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. I highly recommend visiting Mezza Luna (Italian Restaurant) next door to the complex, it is great for lunch, dinner or afternoon cocktails. If you want a romantic night out, check out La Cigale (French Restaurant) is just a 5-minute walk away, it offers great food and a table along the water's edge where you can sit and watch the sunset. Marie, the host is extremely friendly and accommodating, she is very welcoming and has lots of helpful ideas to help make the most of your vacation. Thank you, Marie, for everything and we will see you next year!! If you really want to top of the vacation, we wrapped ours up with couples' sunset message on the beach. I really can't say enough about this unit, the only regret you will have is not booking it."
