"Great place generally. I've stayed many times. But this time seemed very low on staff and didn't seem to have food or Starbucks etc that they normally had. Had to eat out most of the time i was there."
"Staff was wonderful, could tell the quality of hotel isn't same, needs updating and carpet cleaned. quality of hotel is NOT what it used to be. The breakfast was cold and not good and we got there right after they started serving. Door to enter hotel you could just pull and go in it was broken, and key where you slide your card in barely worked at some doors."
"Beds slope, big dips on them. A/C is terrible. It’s the bottom of the wall type. You had to turn it to 64° for it to even come on. Then after it shuts off, it doesn’t come back on for a LONG time. I’m talking well over an hour. Air gets stagnet with no flow and gets warm again. We moved rooms, but same situation. Room was large… I liked that part.
We booked for four nights (major car issues wasn’t sure about timing on fixing) we asked if we could check out and get refunded the last two nights...

"The front desk personnel were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I have to mention that I left my tablet behind and was totally unaware of it. I got a call from the hotel when I was 2 hours down the road that housekeeping had turned it in to the desk. It is so refreshing to find honest people in the world! However in Lubbock Texas that’s just the way it is! Thanks for a wonderfully and relaxing overnight stay. I will always stay at this hotel when I’m back there "
