"This is the 2nd year that we rented this home. The location is to die for! The home is spacious, the decor is cute, however the cleaning crew could have done a better job and the kitchen equipment could use some restocking (ex: only 3 coffee cups/mugs). We love the outdoor shower as well!! It is conveniently located near Fantasy Island, and one house away is the Spray Beach Hotel with a restaurant/bar which has very good food! You can't beat the location!! The ocean is literally over the dunes....

"Overall it was a fantastic stay. House was nice, but the location was awesome. Beach and bay views from the deck were incredible. Boat rental and tennis courts down the block. House is not new, but very suitable and large enough. Good TV in the LR. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the outdoor shower after the beach. "The Boulevard is a beautiful hotel! We loved our stay here. The only downs side is when I booked through Hotels.com it said 4pm check in. Luckily we got there right at 4 because their front desk staff leaves at 4pm and doesn’t arrive back until the following morning. The front doors to the hotel lock for this reason, but we were a little worried we could lock ourselves out. "
