"We had an event at the Brant Beach Yacht Club which is 400 feet away from this property. So if you have an event at the Yacht Club this is the PERFECT LOCATION! The house has ALL the amenities and then some! It has bedding which is a very hard find in LBI. It was meticulously clean, games, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and much more! I very highly recommend "Sandy Pants"!!! Jim and Noelle were amazing hosts too! Great communication."

"When we pulled up we could hardly believe how ideal the house is situated on the bay. It is a fun layout with lots of beautiful views of the water, comfortable rooms that accommodated 7 adults (mom and dad, children and friends), and everyone was happy. Just sitting in the yard right on the bay is great. Kayaks at the house and easy launching into the bay add an extra nice feature. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to as much action as you’d want. Really great and will rent it again soon. One of our better family vacations where everyone loved the place and the space."

"The property is well appointed, clean and close to everything. If you’re looking for quiet this is not the place for you. It’s right on LB Blvd so traffic is almost constant. Couldn’t really sit outside. BUT the ocean is just a few houses away."

"We travel to LBI every summer and have stayed all over the island in various types of properties, so we have a reasonable idea of what to expect. Given this, we felt that this property was Very overpriced for the value and were very disappointed. In communicating with the host beforehand, she seemed friendly but disorganized; sent us messages with the wrong dates, etc. Mistakes happen but it made us nervous. She also expressed issues with her upstairs neighbors and warned us from speaking with them? When we arrived, we texted her right away to let her know we found a few broken pieces of furniture. We gave up trying to complain as we soon discovered that many items were broken, stained, visibly dirty or patched together. Nearly every window screen was ripped so we couldn't open them for fresh air without getting flies/mosquitos inside. The closets were blocked by furniture or had personal items inside (no rods or clothing hangars). The top bunk of the bunkbed had no railing to keep kids from falling off. The kitchen didn't come with enough utensils for our family of 4, only 1 pot and 1 pan, and everything looked like it had been bought at a stoop sale - unmatched, too small, broken, etc. The whole house felt like everything had been picked-up off the street. The walls were so thin, we could hear the neighbors snoring at night (no joke) and when they spoke it sounded like they were inside our unit. The blvd traffic was Loud. Only pros were the shower and washer/dryer."

"The house was clean and comfortable for my family. The location is great- right on the bay and a quick walk to the beach. Everything was just as advertised and communicating with the property was easy and smooth. We had a great week!"
