"Beautiful hotel in the centre of Leeds, shops, bars and restaurants all close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. "

"Good size apartment, great for overnight business stay. Good location and lots of places to eat nearby. Car parks are close too so not too inconvenient, but they are expensive for long stay."

"Hotel and location great. Toilet blocked in the morning and we told reception when we went to breakfast but still wasn’t fixed when we came back an hour later. Had to call again and insist someone comes to sort out it as there isn’t a toilet brush in the room, finally someone came but initially they said there were no maintenance people , it was 7:30 am when we first told them "

"Hotel recpetion was nice and clean, the bar next to it had seating and a good range of drinks. The breakfast was very good with hot food and cereal. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy with soft and firm pillows. The curtains kept the light out. It was a bit noisy even with the window shut. Parking is near by in a multistorey and the hotel can reduce the price of your ticket. The surrounding area is very nice with restaurants and cafes. The city centre is about a 10 minute walk away...
