A lovely hotel in a great location . We had lunch in the pub and our evening meal in the hotel restaurant and loved both ! Staff are very friendly and helpful - can highly recommend it!

Had a lovely overnight, last minute stay at the hotel and it was lovely. Rooms were clean, lovely decorated and quiet. Staff helpful. Bar and restaurant stunning. Would absolutely book again.

In general my stay was fine, there didn't appear to be any quiet lounge area and some of the staff seemed a little indifferent to guests. The hotel is a good base for exploring the old centr of Harrogate

Really lovely friendly staff. Lovely modern clean room. Great location and easy parking and Yummy breakfast too. Wonderful stay and great location for the Convention Centre. Fabulous apartment in a great location next door to the White Hart Hotel and central for all the shops and restaurants etc. Secure parking at £15 per day was also great. The apartment was spacious, modern and well equipped. There was litter in the passageway outside the bedroom window but otherwise it was immaculate.
