"Stayed here with another couple for a long weekend on the bourbon trail. The property is well located in Bardstown, close to downtown, so you can walk or do a quick drive. The home is well appointed with everything we needed and communication with the owner was excellent. Like other reviewers mentioned, the second bathroom is located through the office. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. Overall great stay."

The deck and fire pit were our nightly reminiscing spot and perfect for star gazing and quiet! The house has all you could ask for for a perfect family getaway! Hope to be back soon!"

"I booked this place for my BIL’s 40th. Three nights. It was 6 adults, 3 couples. We could not ask for a more centrally located place. Easy drives to all the great distilleries. But out of the way and peaceful. The views of the lake driving in were amazing. We saw deer and a turkey. You can’t quite see the lake but it’s so pretty from the back deck. When we arrived one of the bathroom showers wouldn’t stop running. I messaged the property manager and she and the owner got back to me right away....

"This home was just perfect for what we needed. Everything was supplied that could be needed, and the property description was exact. This location is a great mid-point between a whole lot of things to go see and do. We were not disappointed at all!"

"We were up in Kentucky for 4 days, this house was our home away from home. The kids loved it and the beds are amazing! It's too bad we didn't have time to enjoy the fire pit, we would have loved that as well as the grill if we had another night to stay. They have already told me to we have to stay there again next year. It's 10 minutes from Kroger, James Beam Distillery and the Bernheim Forest and Makers Mark Distillery is not too far as well."

"We planned this stay to take advantage of the Bourbon Trail. We were able to visit many distilleries due to their close proximity of this home! The home is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. We took advantage of the outside gas grill and cooked some delicious steaks one night. Brickhouses are right next door which was a special treat to see. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful views and yard every direction! Central location to so many adventures in state: to Ark, Ceation Museum. Cumberland Falls. Distilleries, Corvett Museum, Caves, Slugger Museum and list goes on! Took our Harleys on several bike routes that were some of the best roads and garage was great for bikes! "Eight brothers did several distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. This was the perfect place for eight men ages 50 to 77. It was secluded, quiet, with beautiful starry nights and plenty of room. We all had our own beds, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Two refrigerators accommodated all that beer we had to keep cold. The Weber gas grill did a fine job with our steaks one evening. The only real drawback was that the property advertised Wi-Fi, which it does not have, and...

"Please don’t hesitate in booking this property. It was immaculate and the amenities far exceeded other properties I have stayed at. Plenty of paper products, towels and kitchen supplies. The owner has supplied everything you need, even throw blankets for the sofas when you want to cozy up in the cute living room. The king bed was extra comfy. Would absolutely stay here again."
