"Lovely setting overlooking Kas harbour and the islands , a £2.50 cab ride from the bus station ,strongly advised as the hill is not for the faint hearted, ok walking down though, modern facilities enable you to cater for yourself, i would highly recommend this property "

"The property is exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious with a gorgeous pool and views. Lots of space to shade from the sun. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, which was perfect for a quiet family holiday. The apartment is close to bars and restaurants (be prepared for the hills)! Walking home is easier than going. Taxis are unbelievably cheap, so don’t bother with car hire. We had a lovely holiday and will return again."

"Matt was an absolutely fantastic host. Always there to answer any query and make anything available. The property is situated very close to the centre. 10-15 min walk away from everything. "We had a wonderful 6 nights at Villa Dundar in the middle floor apartment. the view of the sea and has is spectacular and the pool, tho small is clean and lovely. although it is shared between all the apartments it never felt crowded and usually we had it to ourselves. The location in Kalkan is perfect, set higher up in the hills for the peace and views, but within a short walk to the town for all the restaurants and bars. "The apartment was absolutely beautiful for myself and my partner and our friends. It was clean and had all appropriate amenities. The balcony was perfect and being able to bbq each night helped keep going out costs lower. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been refurbished to a lovely high standard. "Beautiful property with amazing sea views. Received a message a couple of days before asking if wanted a free upgrade as the other room was available. The 2 bedroom apart with sea view is very well decorated, not really suitable if you have small children as it’s over 2 levels with 2 tiled steps from kitchen and living to bedroom and bathroom, then back down 2 steps to the second bedroom.
