"Excellent rustic experience. We received a complimentary upgrade to a bungalow and it was such a pleasant surprise. This property is nearly 90 years old and super well maintained and comfortable. We had a wood burning fireplace in the living room which was separate from the bedroom. Overall, it was charming and we would definitely go back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "This is a great place to stay in Banff town. The only suggestion I have is to provide more instruction on the parking. The password to open the garage door is confusing if someone found there is another lock on the door… I might be stupid but I really didn’t see the keyboard around the entrance first lol"
