"Excellent rustic experience. We received a complimentary upgrade to a bungalow and it was such a pleasant surprise. This property is nearly 90 years old and super well maintained and comfortable. We had a wood burning fireplace in the living room which was separate from the bedroom. Overall, it was charming and we would definitely go back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "I believe your experience will not be the same if you dont stay at Fairmont Banff. The view from our room was worth it alone. Fantastic service. Easy walk or bus to town. Would recommend signing up for tours in advance. Better to join tours rather than renting a car and doing on your own. We also arranged a private tour which is a great option as well. Cant imagine any rating less than a 5!"
