"It’s a really beautiful property made up of several nice old Florida homes. The salt water pool was a pleasant addition. The included breakfast was nice but the cost for additional guests to join did not match what was offered. It felt a bit odd to charge so much so that people I was visiting could join me when for much less we could have gotten more from a local restaurant. "The property is gorgeous and meticulously taken care of. The amenities were lovely and everything was decorated so thoughtfully. The only snag was the transfer of sound, which is probably unavoidable given the type of building, proximity to University Avenue, and a punk music festival coinciding with my stay. Bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine!"

"We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues."
