Although normal check-in wasn’t until 3, David the property owner facilitated an early check-in so we could make the game. He was simply awesome for making it happen and we were greatly appreciative. Oh and kudos to the cleaning crew too - they were super sweet! The home itself served all of our needs and was convenient...

"Cute property, great college vibe. You’ll hear dogs/cats/people in adjoining apartments as if they’re in same room as you. Front door needs repair, has hole from previous lock/handle and needs weather stripping. Would stay again because it was clean, we felt safe and it was a good no-frills budget property."

"From outside what looks like a small country cottage inn transforms to the nicest accommodations in the region. Shops and dining are all steps away. The studio has a gourmet kitchen and great bath with amenities. Don’t think about it, stay here for your visit to the Springs or the other Florida."

The beds were not queen size beds as listed and we were scheduled for 4 days and only had 4 small wash clothes for showering. We purchased some of our own. We did appreciate the washer and dryer on the premises and the temperature was comfortable."

"We chose this property because of its proximity to the Duck Pond area where our son lives. The kitchen is very small, but it was adequate, since we had Thanksgiving dinner at our son’s house. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with many historic homes, but close enough to downtown to enjoy restaurants, etc."

"We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues."
