"This was an absolute perfect place Joe our small intimate wedding. We had intermediate family and our best friends gather here to celebrate our special day. Unfortunately our mom received a terminal cancer diagnosis and we had to change venues last minute. I messaged the owners and they were so friendly and kind. They responded fast and agreed to let us stay. They also told us if we needed anything, to not hesitate to ask. I just appreciate their kindness so much! It meant the world to be able...

"This house is perfect no matter what your plans. Centrally located, it’s close to UK, short drive to Keenland or Rupp Arena. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard was fenced which was a bonus, as my big lab travels with me. I slept like a rock, so I give A+ for the mattress. Allen was a wonderful host, answering e mails promptly. When in Lexington, I’ll always check for availability here. Highly recommend."

"I booked this place for my BIL’s 40th. Three nights. It was 6 adults, 3 couples. We could not ask for a more centrally located place. Easy drives to all the great distilleries. But out of the way and peaceful. The views of the lake driving in were amazing. We saw deer and a turkey. You can’t quite see the lake but it’s so pretty from the back deck. When we arrived one of the bathroom showers wouldn’t stop running. I messaged the property manager and she and the owner got back to me right away....

"Spacious, attractive home; well stocked kitchen; good location adjacent to attractive, walkable neighborhood. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Couldn’t have worked better for 5 couples."

"We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a graduation and it was perfect for our family and close to Asbury. There was a lot of extras…toiletries, other necessities and coffee as well as little things not thought of by most host. Places to improve would be to replace the vertical blinds with sheer/lightweight curtains. The futon was a bit challenging to manage. I would definitely stay again. ❤️"
