"The place was the perfect size for me and the location was very convenient. The parking suggestions were spot-on with pricing (I chose the one across the street. It was safe and only cost $22 for 3 days!) There were 2 small hiccups. The communication and restroom cleanliness piece. I did not get my check-in message on time within the 24 hours prior so I had to call VRBO to reach out to manager. That was handled quickly. But when I got to the apartment at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) the door codes...

"Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. Restaurants and bars surround the place and our group was very happy with the location. The condo is beautiful and was roomy enough for our group of 6 to be very comfortable. "The house was very clean, she had wax warmers on for a nice scent all through the house. the road was extremely bumpy but that was in the description so no complaints here. the dock view was beautiful. some fire wood would have been nice to have though considering it did rain when we were there. overall a great experience!"
