"Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. "The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "

"We has the best time here. Ariel was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how he hooked us up for all kinds of deals for day trips and jet skis. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests. The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap. Thank you for a great stay!"

"First off this property is close to everything!!!! Shisha lounge is less than a 5 minute walk . Noah’s arc is about a 5 minute drive ! Aziza is a 3 minute cab (service really sucked staff were very rude!) I’d suggest getting a driver before hand because you’ll save money . The room was great very clean . Friendly staff. Staff were very responsive ! I’d stay here again ! "
