"First off this property is close to everything!!!! Shisha lounge is less than a 5 minute walk . Noah’s arc is about a 5 minute drive ! Aziza is a 3 minute cab (service really sucked staff were very rude!) I’d suggest getting a driver before hand because you’ll save money . The room was great very clean . Friendly staff. Staff were very responsive ! I’d stay here again ! "

"this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway."

"This was a comfortable condo for the 2 of us, and it had nice amenities. Great location on the island, and the resort is very nice. Happy hour is great (fun and well-made cocktails) as it includes all alcohol half off, and we ate 2 dinners onsite which were good. We also ate at Mango Reef, Somewhere, Coco Bistro, and Hemingways. Hemingways was probably our least favorite for food, Coco Bistro our favorite ( as well as close by). We would definitely stay here again if available."

"Friends sailed for a week around the Caicos islands and then stayed on Provo, Grace Bay for 5 more days. Great central location, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Provo Pot cakes puppy walks was a favorite as well as TurksBerry right in front. Pool area was beautiful as was the beach. Stunning waters. I would recommend a cab ride if you don't have a rental car, to Blue Hill area to have lunch or early dinner at Mary's Kitchen, just past Da Conch Shack. The absolute best fresh...

"Our unit at Coral Gardens was fantastic. The view was awesome from the porch. The condo had everything we needed and we had more than enough room. The management downstairs were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The snorkeling was fantastic right off the beach and the beach staff took really good care of us Somewhere the restaurant next-door was fantastic as well especially Moe one of the servers she took really good care of us. "As advertised, close to the pool and beautiful views. Close to the beach, though i would still drive to save your energy for the snorkeling. Great restaurants within walking distance. Well supplied with towels and beach equipment. Might just recommend bringing your own bar soap and laundry detergent if needed."

"We has the best time here. Ariel was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how he hooked us up for all kinds of deals for day trips and jet skis. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests. The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap. Thank you for a great stay!"
