"the house was comfortable. The pool is somewhat small and the vacuum hose is anoyingly in the way. There were no directions for the television and no major or cable channels. it would be helpful if the owner create a notebook about rules and directions for ceiling fans and TV. New towels and wash clothes for the bathroom would be nice."

"We stayed in this house in Glendale during a 4 day baseball tournament for our 2 boys in the Glendale/Peoria area. It was conveniently located for the places we had to go and the kids loved getting in the pool after playing in the hot sun all day. Overall a great stay. We did use the oven and kitchen a lot as well since we have a large family so it is easier than eating out all the time. "The house was great we had everthing we needed, the fact there were towels as well as pool towels was a big help. It was clean and had enough supplies to get us started. It could use a couple of things the filter on the refrigator needed changes and the Keurig needed descaled they are very simple things but needs to be attended to. The back yard is great and the pool is perfect, there should be a couple of umberellas to help with shade at pool and to keep the sun from coming under the deck...

"Great house extremely comfortable and clean. Location was perfect. Close to everything! Only downside was not being able to use the pool. The listing states the heat would cost $85/day. We were going to stay in on Sunday so requested to be heated Saturday evening. They responded back that it had to be heated for three days consecutive and it would cost over $500. Which didn’t make sense based on the cost in the listing. Either way it was beautiful we enjoyed it so much. Definitely be back!"

"The home, yard, landscaping and decor were all beautiful! We were a bit unsure coming into the neighborhood as all homes were not as well kept. Once inside and in the gorgeous backyard we were completely satisfied with our rental decision. All rooms, including the four bedrooms were decorated tastefully and included welcoming, homey touches.
