"Me and my friend stayed here for the weekend. The staff was insanely kind and helpful! It rained while we were in New Orleans and our room did start leaking from the ceiling. We used towels and were offered a new room. That would be the only reason I wouldn't get it 5 stars. The hotel can not control the weather but I would say they can update the rooms to not leak. Thanks! Would stay again! "

"Overall it was a good stay. It is conveniently near Bourbon street but without all of the noise. It was so quiet I was shocked you couldn’t hear any outside noise. Be aware they do valet parking that’s roughly $50 a night with taxes. My only complaint was the overnight front desk was nowhere to be seen for 25 minutes. It was 2am. We were locked out of our room.
