Overall it was a good stay. It is conveniently near Bourbon street but without all of the noise. It was so quiet I was shocked you couldn’t hear any outside noise. Be aware they do valet parking that’s roughly $50 a night with taxes. My only complaint was the overnight front desk was nowhere to be seen for 25 minutes. It was 2am. We were locked out of our room. Came to get help and waited for 25 minutes before she came back. The other worker at the little computer didn’t know where she went or how to contact her and he was unable to help us. We tried calling the hotel and found three different phone numbers and none worked. If she would have just apologized for taking so long I wouldn’t be bitter.

Beautiful hotel in the French quarter right next to Bourbon street.Great accommodations and a wonderful pillow top mattress for a good night sleep . The staff was ready to tend to any need we had as well.

The parking situation for this hotel should be better described in their information! We had to drive around block after block to get there then their 2! valet spots were full so we had to drive around more blocks to get to another hotel’s valet! NOT a good way to start our trip. Then we chose this location because it was not on Bourbon - well when the concert level music started outside our window at 11:30p and went till 2a we should have just stayed on Bourbon! The room itself was spacious and clean but everything else was unacceptable!

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a very small room, but it was impeccably clean. The entire property gave off a real New Orleans feel and was unlike staying in a cold, corporate hotel. The location was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay here again next time I come to NOLA.

It was a nice quaint hotel. The staff could have done better. I was supposed to be given a bottle of wine each day I stayed I only received 1 bottle. There was a huge water bug in my bathroom the staff asked me what did I want them to do about it? Get it out my room for starters. Around 7 am they were doing construction on the room next door the banging was unbearable.

Preguntamos y nos mandaron afuera del hotel. El patio interior nada que ver con las fotografías.
