"PERFECT stay for a large family! 14 were in town for our brothers wedding in Round Hill. 2 full kitchen spaces with living room. A bathroom for every room plus powder room downstairs! I'm jealous of those staying during pool season! It was glorious!"

"The farmhouse is beautifully restored as the listing says. Tons is nice little touches and great overall ambiance. Kids (ages 9-17) loved the top floor kid pad. Adults enjoyed spacious bedrooms. Kitchen was well appointed. I took a morning run and very much enjoyed the countryside view. Love how remote it is! Would definitely book again."

"The house was charming and quirky and filled with character. We all fell in love with it! The bedrooms were spacious and the living space was great. We loved that the dining table had room for all 8 of us. The grounds were beautiful and the kids loved catching fish, roasting marshmallows and playing on the swing. The location was so convenient but away from the crowds. The host responded to our questions and needs promptly. We had a great stay!"

"Enjoyed our trip with our doggo. The downstairs rental had surprisingly large bedrooms and a very large bathroom, which was nice where we had little ones running around. It's a historic building so if you like the vintage charm and quirks, it's great and a great value. If you're accustomed to more polished accommodations, this may not be for you. the yard is huge and my kids had fun playing in the snow. Also, there are goats next door. Did I mention the goats?"

"We loved this property for many of its features. We needed to rent a space near Baltimore for a TV spot, and we were very happy here. There was a ton of room for all of our different departments and a ton of parking. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would use it again; it is a great space."

"The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!"

"A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron"
