"My baby’s cot bed wasn’t available the night we arrived even though it was clear from the booking we had a baby with us. On arrival, we were told we had to wait until the next morning to request a bed so ended up cosleeping with the baby, which isn’t safe, but had no choice. "Hotel is definitely not a Four star hotel. Pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the bedroom, although the A/C didn’t work. Breakfast has to be one of the worst ever, swimming pool was closed and we were informed that it doesn’t open until 10.30am When it did eventually open, it was dirty with bird droppings in and around the pool area, a bar area with almost nothing available! "I love this hotel and stay there every time I visit Istanbul.Reasonable price for Aksaray ,the rooms are very clean and have all you need .super close to historic attractions and easy access to most places in Istanbul. Most importantly what I like about the good hotel is All the staff were really friendly and happy to help regardless of time the team on reception are so nice and accommodating.A big thank you to Mehmet for looking after me during my stay.
