"New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. "This place is absolutely perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway. Loved the beautiful views right off the balcony and the ease of getting around the area around the condo too. We were able to safely go for long walks without the concern of traffic. We had access to a private area of the beach too. Would love to come back here again! The hosts were great with answering any questions we had too!"

"Convenient location for accessing colleges in the Rochester area. Very clean. We walked around the neighborhood- it’s a neighborhood in transition and has some fun coffee and eating spots. I think 4 people is ideal for this space- a but cramped for many more. Owner had a welcoming treat when we arrived!"

"Stayed for a couple of days to see the eclipse but had cloudy weather. Good thing we had such a nice place to hang out in to make up for the disappointment! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the lake and convenient for shopping. Comfy living room with a big screen TV (we watched March Madness), and a great deck for enjoying the outdoors. And Jackie is the nicest of hosts! Great experience all around."
