"Property is very clean and conveniently and surprisingly private since located right off a main thoroughfare. Our family occupied every available bedroom during our two night stay with no complaints about beds. We used the oven amd microwave without issue. There was gurgling from the master bedroom toilet (located off kitchen) sometimes when other toilets were flushed. We would stay again if going back to Eliizabethtown. "This property was great for us to spend quality time with friends while attending the Oaks and Kentucky Derby. It was reasonably priced and did not have the insane up charge that other properties had closer to Church Hill Downs."
