"The most perfect spot in Vancouver, with so much history. The restaurant and bar is lovely, as are the staff there and at the front desk. The rooms could be furnished and decorated more in line with the history of the property (they’re a bit Best Western furniture sale), but all in all, very comfortable and we’ll definitely stay again. "

"We were attending a celebration of life at the church next door so the location was very convenient. The room was a little outdated, but there is obviously work going on to update the hotel. The bedding and towels were wonderful and despite being next to a hospital it was very quiet. The staff were all efficient and friendly and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again."

It was a nice room, but the lights on the balcony at night make it a little hard to enjoy. I think being one or two floors down would be nice. Easy to walk to the beach and catch a passenger ferry to Granville. "
