"Owners must renovate the property. It is old and dated. Its the staff that saves them. Absolutely no watersports activities and sand not raked daily by watersports staff. Rooms need updating and have no fridge. I didn't see an ice machine on my floor nor was there any ice bucket...No complimentary bottle especially when it is known that the people on the island don't drink the water from the pipes, they drink bottled water. But again, its the staff that saves them."

"Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. "Once we arrived at the hotel, Kryston did ALL he could to assist us with an issue we was having and he solved it. Ian was amazing during our breakfast. My husband and I got a couples massages from Samekia & Leketrah AMAZING!! there was a really nice lady which I believe to be a front desk manager who was also very sweet and extra nice. We weren’t crazy about the bathroom in our room but we didn’t mind as much, also we thought we had reserve a water view with a corner room but the view was still nice. Also some of the female employees weren’t always as nice at the restaurant by the pool but I believe they were just tired as the hotel seems under staff.
