Hotel with a Concierge in New Providence Island from $161

"Once we arrived at the hotel, Kryston did ALL he could to assist us with an issue we was having and he solved it. Ian was amazing during our breakfast. My husband and I got a couples massages from Samekia & Leketrah AMAZING!! there was a really nice lady which I believe to be a front desk manager who was also very sweet and extra nice. We weren’t crazy about the bathroom in our room but we didn’t mind as much, also we thought we had reserve a water view with a corner room but the view was still nice. Also some of the female employees weren’t always as nice at the restaurant by the pool but I believe they were just tired as the hotel seems under staff. "Enjoyed our stay very much. Stayed in the two bedroom coral suite at the reef. Everything was fantastic except for when departing for our excursion and being stripped of our towels. Maybe come up with a system to track towels leaving the property or at least give some forewarning. I was tempted to leave a negative review but the entirety of the stay made up for this one inconvenience."
