Getting to the room at first was difficult due to so many different doors and hallways you had to take after check-in. Love the creepiness of the hotel though felt like I was on an episode of AHS! "For some reason my room card (room 413) wouldn't work on the 3rd evening, which was a problem as it was after 10.30 in the evening, and i was a single 69 year old traveller. I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time."
