"We could not see in the main room for lack of lighting. I know you have a green policy and I support that. But no ceiling lights or lamps of any kind in the main room was inconvenient and dark. At night my husband needed his headlight to read."

"I stayed in a deluxe king room , and it felt very much like a hotel. It was clean, the facilities were clean. It’s right next to a beautiful park. Not very close to the city centre, but taking the tram was fairly easy & it’s close by. The only negatives : check in was at 2pm, and my room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. Also, if there was daily housekeeping , it was not very apparent they were there. "
