"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

"Everything was amazing except the floor in the room. It was kept very clean but it’s the kind you put outside on your patio. It was very rough on your feet if you want to walk barefoot. FYI I stayed after the reno. The hotel was extremely family friendly and had tons of families with children. There was a game room, indoor playground, and arts and crafts room on the ground floor. The family SENSES dining area had a duplo Lego area to play. I can’t say much about the pools since I didn’t...

"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "

"We loved this hotel and the area it was in. It was very crazy and energetic at night - such a fun place to walk around and find small shops and little restaurants. They go all in on the Godzilla theme. There are pictures of Godzilla and the movies everywhere, and statues everywhere. They even have a little bit of merchandise in the lobby. For our last two nights, we booked the top floor and they gave us Godzilla leather passport holders."
