"The hotel is in a great central location. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff were very helpful. My only dissapointment was that i found out i was charged £40 more than my friend's who also stayed that same night and they received a free upgrade. It was disheartening to hear this and will make me think twice about staying there again."

"This hotel is not for Westerns - it is now a Halal Hotel which has very strict restrictions for using the main pool. I was not advised about this at the time of booking - had I have known I would have chosen a different hotel! The all inclusive option advised food, beverage an alcohol, this was not the case as they have removed the alcohol element from the all inclusive option -which was very disappointing! The food was good, the duplex family room was very nice- the staff friendly and helpful...

"The property is a new construction and is listed as 5 star but in reality is 4 star. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good for a 4 star hotel. Very quiet surrounding. Limited parking spots in the property but available outside in the street. It is about 10 minutes ride from Cesme but the access road is narrow and dangerous for drivers not used to drive in Türkiye. "
