Hotel with a Concierge in Izmir

"The hotel is in a great central location. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff were very helpful. My only dissapointment was that i found out i was charged £40 more than my friend's who also stayed that same night and they received a free upgrade. It was disheartening to hear this and will make me think twice about staying there again."

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. The bathroom in our room was very, very small, the room however was very spacious and confortable. The internet connection never worked. They were going two close for the autumn/winter season a few days after we stayed (sep 27), therefore the hotel was not running properly. For example they had no cold drinks to offer with breakfast. It felt like the staff lacked proper training."

"We arrived in the middle of the night, but no one was there to check us in, and no clear instructions for how to contact the staff, in spite of their claim of offering 24 hour check in. Eventually we found a member of staff, and he checked us in and gave us our key. The room was not the room we booked - it was much, much smaller. Worse, the room had a very strong odour of feces emanating from the bathroom. Staff refused to change our room and instead sprayed air fresher around the room. I...

"This hotel is wonderful, truly wonderful. It has a terrific energy and a friendly atmosphere. I have to compliment the manager and team - as they made our stay memorable. PS the beds are sooooo comfortable. The mattress is soft and the duvets warm and the water pressure in the shower strong. And it’s quite. So many good things. Thanks so much to you all 😊❤️"
