We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers. Aside from the sailing excursion, there was no need to leave the resort, as dining and spa options were on-site. The restaurant staff was eager to assist and eager to please while the maid service was first rate. "
