"The room was cute but not clean at all. even after the cleaning service has passed. The area of the restaurant was not clean either. We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers. "What a great place to simply check-in and then "check out" to relax and unwind. Our four days/three nights was very enjoyable. Aside from the sailing excursion, there was no need to leave the resort, as dining and spa options were on-site. The restaurant staff was eager to assist and eager to please while the maid service was first rate. "
