"Check in with Troy was a little complicated the entire time he sounded irritated. Although I wanted to upgrade he told me to look up the nightly rates online myself. He did not explained where the breakfast buffet or pool were. Or which elevator to take. Otherwise facility is beautiful the other hotel staff from valet Sam to The Keg waiter named Omar was wonderful and super friendly. He explained the menu. For us and the kids it was a hit. "We had a lovely 3-night stay for my husbands birthday. We were unhappy with our assigned room (required two separate elevators and was very dark with small windows) and they graciously accommodated a room change and a complementary split of champagne! (I had mentioned my husband’s birthday.). Service was excellent throughout the weekend and our room was lovely. Merci!"

"Great stay on Tunnel mountain. Loved the free parking but thought they should offer free bus passes to use within the townsite of Banff like every other hotel in Banff does. Great outdoor hot tub and their new restaurant the Prow had a great breakfast. "
