"Such a beautiful property with everything you need and walking distance from everything. Such wonderful relaxing views and the walk around the lake was such a treat. The owner was so supportive and answered all questions I needed promptly. I really have nothing to fault at all. If I return to Daylesford in the future, I know where I will be staying. You will not be disappointed. The photos don't match the complete beauty and tranquility of this property."

"The property had everything we needed for a few days holiday.Even though the position is close to town the hills to walk there were huge . Would have liked some grass out the back for my dog. Overall a lovely place to stay , I would highly recommended it."

"The Train was an absolute gem to stay in. Everything you could possibly want in a little getaway. Walking distance from the main street or Lake Daylesford. The Train was very comfortable with a nice bed, great shower and sitting area out the back with a heater and lighting to enjoy a meal. The bluetooth radio is something else and just added to the authentic feel of a train carriage from the 1800's."

"This cottage ticked all the boxes for us -comfortable, well-furnished, and cute as a button. The bedroom has good bedside lamps for reading and we slept well. The kitchen and living space are well designed and attractively styled. The air-con cools the house nicely, and the fireplace looks very inviting for the winter months. But lovely as the interior is, our favourite spot was the front porch with its sunny aspect and restful view of trees. Hard to say who liked it more - us or our kelpie....
