Our room was on the river. It was clean. Yah the shower heat didnt last too long but the water pressure was good. And nothing was dirty. There was a pool and seemed cleaned but we didnt use it. Even with kids playing and people cooking out. It wasnt loud and the rooms get very dark at night. Ac worked almost to well

Ok first of all it was a very long drive to our room and when we arrived the bathroom in lobby was unavailable and seemed to not ever be available.then the breakfast was very far from WYNHADM STAndards . Once we got into our room my wife was affected constantly by the flourescent white lighting. I also called ahead due to my breathing problems and requested that the room be set to needed temperature many hours ahead of time to no avail. Which led to me litterally struggling to breathe for the first few hours.then on top of all of that the cheap imitation wood flooring was actually falling apart under my feet i am pretty sure a 5yr old unstalled it.

Refurbished Hotel but clearly not like it was before. Employees are more interested in their cellphones than actually bothering with customers. Had to repeat myself about not having a pet with me to them like they didn't believe me.

The mirrors were awful the floor by the bathroom felt like it was going to sink in. The bathroom smelled like pee. There was in fact a dead roach on the wall which told me the reviews about the roaches were likely true. They had no soaps in there to wash your hands with. The bed was clean though with no bed bugs so that’s a plus.

It was nice. Room was clean took a bit figuring out the temperature for shower. And the breakfast that was advertised was only a muffin a nature bar or apple sauce not really what I expected but it was also a cheap stay

This place used to be a good hotel but obviously is under new management and has went down hill. Me and multiple members of my family used to stay at this hotel multiple times a year we’ll never be going back. It was dirty, there was pieces of tape on the bathroom walls, sheets were stained and dirty. We were told that the whole bottom floor was flooded and was closed until it was renovated, mold spreads I don’t think it’s really safe for any of this hotel to be safe under these conditions. We didn’t have any hot water and when we called to report this we were rudely told that it would be a while before they could fix it. We waited for a hour my daughter was late for her 4h show and they never came to the room to fix it so we all had to take cold showers. The hot water issue wasn’t fixed the whole time we were there. Management and everyone we spoke to who worked at the hotel was rude. There were people who you could clearly tell did meth all around the hotel. Sad to see a hotel that I’ve always spoke so highly of going downhill like this.

Just was dirty and the floor was bad. Told the manager and he didnt seem to care. He didnt apologize or anything. Then when expedia called he called me a lier and said there was nothing wrong wven though I have pictures.
