We only stay here when we are in Palm Springs it is conveniently located in the heart of the upscale downtown area next to great shops and everything you can imagine to eat! "This hotel was awesome. My only gripe is they do not have microwaves. I have a small child who onky eats certain foods due to his special needs. I had tobuse the old fashioned coffee pot to make hot water and heat up his macaroni. The room came with an amazing spa tub and separate shower that was so relaxing. I am drfintely staying here again. Ill just bring my own tiny microwave and kerig for coffee and cocoa. I didnt get to have a massage either so i will do that next time. The pool is great...

"The hotel front desk personnel were very kind and accommodating. The hotel rooms themselves were a bit old and dated but served its purpose. The pool was fantastic with hawaiian music playing and misters. The Reef bar/restaurant was fun but a little disappointing. Overall an enjoyable stay. "
