"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! When we drove up and saw the relaxing front porch with seating, and the firepit close by, we knew it would be just like home! And the inside was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room for teenagers and young children as well as adults. ( that master bedroom though! heaven!) The hospitality was great! snacks on the table, interesting books in case we were up for reading, even a pair of binoculars so that you can see the goats on the mountain out the front window!"

"The house is very clean and organized perfectly. Well stocked with whatever you need. Bear Lake Reserve property is amazing! So much to see and do. The Lake Club was fun and the staff super friendly! We had no complaints and would highly recommend if the outdoors is what you’re looking for."

"The property is in a beautiful setting, huge fencing, yard with a stream, lots of birds chirping, Andy occasional golfer going by on the other side of the stream. The decor is comfortable and welcoming. Everything is in top working order as well, which is always a plus. The property management was very responsive and friendly. "We’ve stayed here before and love the proximity to fishing spots. This was the first time it wasn’t really clean, there was visible clumps of dust in just about every room. I didn’t reach out, since we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. But if you have allergies or asthma I’d be mindful of the current condition of the property."

"We took the motorcycles out for a trip. The cabin is at the end of The Tail of The Dragon. We rode many beautiful roads from the cabin. It’s does have a musty smell but everything was nice inside. Little cover for the two bikes."

"My sister and I had a great stay at the Lake House. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is great! Very close to Main Street activities and central to outdoor adventures. Upon arrival, the hosts had fresh baked, delicious strawberry and blueberry muffins there for us! Great place to stay!"

"Enjoyed the house. Zero cell service but WiFi was good, cute house. Unfortunately, did not have time to use the hot tub, but we did check it out and it was clean and warm. My only issue was the well water. It is stinky, but common for that area. Just take bottled water."

"Great little house on the water. Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a weekend getaway close to dillsboro and sylva. The only bad part about the hunt is the driveway location. Your view is blocked both ways so pulling into the road is a little difficult but manageable."

Before perps when we we’re coming and the follow up after. Infact so much to do in the area. We want to bring the whole family when we do a vacation. That’s how much we enjoyed it. "
