"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"We enjoyed our stay, and the rooms are nice, but it gets very noisy at night. We also had trouble with our door and were locked out one night until repairman came to let us in. It ended up that the lock was broken and was jamming into the door frame. He said he would come back to fix it, but never did during our stay. TVs in every room, but none worked, even with using all of the "quick fixes" written in the guide. Not a big deal since were not in Charleston to watch TV. :) Overall, a nice...
