"Perfect spot for our week in Charleston! We loved watching nature from the screened porch every morning and evening. After a day of sightseeing, we relaxed in Claire’s condo listening to the birds and watching the boats and low & high tides. The location was the perfect distance from Charleston and Folly Beach. Gigi was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and spots to visit. She responded quickly to questions we had. I would highly recommend Claire’s place for couples and plenty of room...

The only thing that is confusing (which is detailed on the small letters of the property description) is that it's says it can accommodate up to 5 guests. In reality It can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, but the children has to be no older than 10. Not 5 adults, it will be very tight. "Stayed for a long weekend for my son’s graduation. Couldn’t have asked for a better place-beautiful peaceful views and great place overall. Should have read more carefully about the place so I knew there was no Keurig-just a regular coffee pot. It was definitely in the details so that was on me-quick trip to the store for the right coffee . Otherwise a smooth, fantastic weekend. Loved it."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. "
