"This was an awesome easy relaxing little place to stay on the canal of Homosassa River! We enjoyed the home amenities and took a stroll on the kayak and paddle board with the pups... Very relaxing and convenient to many restaurants!"

"We really enjoyed staying here. The property was exactly as described in the listing!!!! Many things available for use while there...such as beach towels, chairs, kayaks, games, lounge chairs, Netflix on the TVs, and soooo much more. We were here in early May and saw manatees as well! The only thing worth noting is that the stairs might be difficult to climb for anyone elderly or walking handicap."

"We had a great stay. We enjoyed Fort Island beach and Hunter’s Spring Beach. Both were good for small children. We saw Mermaid show at Lecanto on the rainy day. And really enjoyed having a pool at the house. Great restaurants and thrift stores in the area."

"Good property to stay. Just be aware the property has 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd one is an open loft area and person staying in that room must walk through a second bedroom to use bathroom. A water/ice hookup would be appreciated on the refrigerator, as well as a toaster. Property was very clean."

"My wife, mother-in-law and Charlie 🐶 had a wonderful stay. Was easy to find, house was furnished as listed and very clean. Nice open living room with ample seating. The back of the house is where it’s at! Nice big deck to sit, relax and let your cares go. We used the kayaks that was furnished and was able to put in right at the back of the house. We will definitely be back! Do not hesitate to reserve this appropriately named house: Our piece of paradise !!"

"The house and surrounding areas were perfect for boating, fishing, and snorkeling. The property was very clean and full of great amenities. The dock was perfect for a sizeable boat and the kyaks were a great addition. The location of the canal outlet onto the main river was very convenient and is about halfway between the Gulf and the springs upriver. We will definitely be booking this property again."

"Very close to the springs. My kids had a great time kayaking and hanging out at the bonfire. Consider bringing a truck or suv. Spring is around the corner but heavy to transport. The bungalow was clean and well organized. Centrally located to many activities within 25 min. Drive. Elephant sanctuary, rainbow springs, devils den. We would go back"
