A brand-new grill on back porch, coffee, detergent pods, lotion, shampoo, etc. So, if you forget something, odds are she has it there. If not, there is a Wal Mart and several grocery stores very close to the house. The only issue we had was the fence in the back yard does have a space at the bottom.
