But what made this a truly lovely stay was the staff. Big shout out to Francesca and Elena. They made our stay perfect in so many ways. Warm, friendly, kind, compassionate, attentive, and very helpful to say the least."

"We stayed in a room with an extended balcony and had a gorgeous view of the city skyline. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. A full breakfast buffet was available each morning. We were a short walk from excellent restaurant away from the more touristy areas."

"Make sure your booking is at the hotel because there are also apartment rooms downtown which I had no idea about. The woman who checked us in was very helpful and got us a ground floor unit with an outside patio near the restaurant which we dined at for dinner. Comfortable bed and loved having the hot pot in the room for tea. Breakfast in the morning was excellent! Beautiful presentation."
