Beautiful and elegant apartment, in front of the beach, in the golden zone. Enjoy the most beautiful views of the bay. Fully equipped to enjoy your stay. 20 min from the Pto Vallarta International Airport.

WELCOME
The Concierge staff will be waiting for you upon arrival to welcome you and give you the key to the apartment. It is important to contact us before your trip to let the condominium know the estimated time, otherwise there will be no one to receive you and give you your key.

*Our Check In hours are until 8 pm. After that time it is considered Late Check In and will cost 20 USD / 400 MXN to be paid in cash upon arrival.

This place is great! Pictures really don't do it justice. It's a stones throw (literally) from the water. The unit is clean and well stocked. The building and staff are fantastic. Bucerias is incredible - awesome restaurants and bars all within a 10 min walk, We would definitely go back.

Perfect place for a family vacation
This place was amazing and just as described . It was a beautiful condo that had plenty of room for the 4 of us . The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The staff was fantastic and it was in a perfect location . Right on the beach and plenty of restaurants and stores walking distance . Would definitely come back !

This is such a beautiful building and unit! The staff in the building are very friendly and it is kept so clean and organized. The unit itself has an amazing view and was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Excellent property!
Stayed in 306 ocean front condo. The condo is as advertised beautifully furnished, unbelievable view from the balcony and master bedroom. The staff was always friendly, helpful and kept the property imaculant at all times. Location is close to everything you need. I've stayed in Bucerias many times over the past 20years this place defiantly gets a 5star rating. Thank you to all the staff that made my stay along with my daughter and son inlaw an exceptional experience!!

Amazing Place to Stay!
This property was beyond our wildest dreams. Amazing location as you could easily walk to market and places to eat. Very easy beach access and a great pool. The staff was so kind, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic view
This is a great condo with a fantastic view. You have immediate access to the beach and pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many great restaurants near by. We plan to come back next year
