"I love the property! The area wasn't great, but the inside was really unique and eclectic. The furnishings are simple. For a no-fuss stay, definitely come here. I felt very safe even though the area had graffiti. "

"I would like to Express my gratitude to Staffs Linda, Sebastian, and the owner himself Sezar. I have been here for about 2 months, and I have been treated with a degree of gratitude, and respect that it's starting to feel like a family. Anyone who wants this experience should book with this business, if not for the staff, the people, or the business than do so for it's location, surroundings, and friendly warm reception."

New Beach Rose Boutique Cottage on the beach
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (59)
"We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. "
