"Nice location peaceful"

"Loved that it was in the heart of things, very well appointed, roomy, comfortable, and designated parking is a huge benefit. We were there over a holiday weekend (our mistake). The pizza place across the street is an after bar hangout so from midnight-2am it is extremely loud and rowdy. The host provides a white noise machine but it didn’t help us. We would def stay here again but not around a holiday that attracts young adults and motorcycles."

"The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Lovely, safe location. Close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having en-suite baths for each of the 3bedrooms was a definite plus as well as two living rooms on two floors. Furnishings very nice and beds were comfortable, newer and pristine clean linens! Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Upon arrival, the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy. Thankfully, the unit itself wasn't as bad; and it had really good security so we never had an issue. It was nicely furnished; albeit, not the best quality, except for the beds. Those were very comfortable, barring the plastic bed big covers that made you sweat like you were wrapped in a sauna suit. No AC... It's only seasonal, which the listing doesn't mention. Granted, they should be ad they would put one in... On out last day... Lol....

"We were a group in town for a wedding, and the apartment was perfect for us, separate rooms, separate bathrooms plus a communal living/dining/kitchen open space gave us the privacy and together time we wanted. The location is convenient and central, an easy walk to much of the commercial area of downtown Newport. Long flight up if you have heavy bags, but you only have to do it once!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Steve was very communicative and answered questions right away. As previously reviewed, it is the top apartment in a building that has two other units. It's a lot of stairs, but they were wide, had railings, and had skid-proof flooring. We stayed on a chilly weekend in April, and the heat worked well. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The living room was large and had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, so...

"Everything was as said. Bathroom lights over mirror do not work. Bedroom with skylight has ants and centipedes."

"At the end of Thames St. walking distance to store, restaurants and bar in the dock area. This is a spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bedroom unit. Plenty of room to relax with family and friends. Beautiful roomy bathrooms. Enjoyed large windows overlooking Thames St."
