"Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!"

"The single-lane access road to the cabin has several sharp bends to get to and from the location, but once you are there, it's very relaxing. Not small, but just big enough. Very clean and everything works. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Monica was easily reachable for any questions."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home for the extended Memorial Day Weekend. The home is in a perfect spot to hit some of the area's finest wineries. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable both inside and outside. We enjoyed the sunsets, kayaks, the fire table, and the view in general. "This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love!"

"We enjoyed our stay overall at this vrbo! The location is excellent, it is a 5 min walk to the lake. The neoghborhhod was quiet and felt safe. It was nice to have our own parking spot on the property. The house is newly renovated, and had nice finished and a kitchen that had all the needed tools. There were a few tjings that could still be added as part of the renovation, but ill assume that is ongoing."

"We booked this property for the total eclipse. Unfortunately, it was cloudy but it was a perfect location. Close to town, close to local vineyards, quiet with a private dock. This was PERFECT for a couple looking to get away in a beautiful spot."
