"We stayed here for the 2024 Eclipse. This house is big! The seven bathrooms are a huge plus. The outside space is well equipped with a table, chairs, seating area, fire pit and additional heater and a grill. Highly recommend this completely remodeled farm house."

Pat and Patrick's historic home (calling all Greek Revival lovers!) is an ideal location in a beautiful setting - on a sloping hill right on Lake Seneca. The house is super well-equipped and huge! "We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. "My wife and I had a great time exploring the finger lakes region. Staying in this cabin was a great locatiin to the two of the larger lakes. I wanted to stay away from people and this cabin fit that perfrctly. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the lakes. Everything was clean and a fully stocked kitchen. Would absolutely recommend this place to stay to anyone wanting peace and quiet. Thank you so much for offering this hidden gem."
